Just as the recent storm swept through the northern region the previous evening, Manchester City blew United away at the Etihad. It was a statement 3-0 triumph for the City coach's side thanks to goals from Knaak, Bunny Shaw and Hemp. It was a display that firmly established their championship potential as they reinforced their standing at the WSL pinnacle.

Consecutive Defeats for United
